cannot delete temp files from ' CD Burning'

E

enquirer

Using WindowsXP Home, when I burn a CD the temp files which are
stored in -

Documents and Settings\<username>
\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning

do not go away. They stay there, in case I want to burn another set I guess.
However when I try to delete them I am always told that they are in use
by another program or person, and that I may not delete them. This is
patently untrue. If I log on again as Admin and go to the 'CD Burning'
folder then I am allowed to delete them. This is not a solution of course.
I noticed a couple of older posts from a few months ago complaining of
exactly this problem but no solutions offered at the time. Has anyone
solved this? Thanks for any advice.
