cannot delete specific file which I downloaded

I got some strange problem ,I used could delete avi file which I downloaded ,but I dont know since when ,I cannot delete any folder's avi file ,it always say some program or some user is using it ,but I cannot fild which program is running ,I restart computer ,and delete it first before ,but same ! does anybody help me to find out what happened ,I used to think of use dos ,but xp doesnt have dos in it .this is really drive me crazy !!

I downloaded a program which I can't delete. It says there's a 30-day trial period, after which it will (expire? delete itself?)? It's similar to KazaaLite++; it's a shared network - I guessI can't get rid of it unless everyone else on it gets rid of it. Does anyone have any advice?
