Cannot delete ntuser.dat

I continuely have a problem deleting user folders

I try to delete user folder and get message cannot delete ntuser.dat

Any one know what the cause is and how I can get past this to delete the
folder?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I continuely have a problem deleting user folders

If you're referring to user folders in Documents and Settings, they contain
user preferences and profiles. I'm wondering why you would be continually
trying to delete them. Just delete the user from local users (Admin
Tools>Computer Management>System Tools).
