cannot delete message from outbox (Vista)
Connot send, reply or forword e-mail

please help

Download and install this fix, with Windows Mail not running:

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also
works in other folders. If you don't know whether to use
the 32-bit version or the 64-bit version, try the 32-bit
version first. Certain common antivirus programs, such as
most of those from Norton or McAfee, or a recent one
from Trend, often cause such problems, although seldom
immediately, so if you have such a program, remember
where to find the fix - you are likely to need it again.
 
Funny thing. I was having the same problem all morning. I finally went into
the Outbox and noticed a little tab up in the upper right hand corner that
says "Show All Messages". I clicked on it and my invisible stuck e-mails
appeared on the screen and I was able to correct one and delete the other.
Maybe my situation was out of the ordinary, but the "solution" just might
help someone else.

Thanks for your guidance on deleting, mine was in the inbox and as you said
it works on other folders after the download.

IT has taken me ages to find the answer, much appreciated.
