Cannot Delete Folder

Hi there ..I do not know if I have the right group or not BUT here goes ..I
am trying to delete a folder and all I get is "CANNOT READ FROM SOURCE FILE
OR DISK"...I have searched the internet for answers on this and cannot find
a solution...I even have system mechanic installed and it can't even
incinerate the folder ...I try to rename the folder and it just keeps
getting longer with more names attatched ..It is beoming a big mess..All
pictures from the folder's within are deleted and the folder just wont
delete along with the inside folder's...Can anyone help me on this ....I
would be so grateful ..Please help me ..Thanks Mike...

Go in on Safe Mode and delete folder. JJ

Hi mike have you tried deleting it from your registry mate?

Is the folder within another (parent) folder? Is it possible to remove
the contents of the parent folder and then delete the parent folder. If
necessary then recreate the parent folder and restore the other contents
you removed?

Just a thought!

Boot in Safe Mode, then it should delete. But......
If it does not delete in Safe Mode, you may be able to delete it from the DOS
prompt. Start>All Programs>Accessories>Command Prompt - navigate
to the directory/file and type del filename.ext and press Enter.
