You didn't tell us the reason for "Cannot delete" but try taking ownership.
Explorer|"folder"|File|Properties|Security|Advanced|Owner and take
ownership.

try using Xcalcs to change the permissions on those files, then try deleting
them. Here is MS's KB article explaining the switches etc:
