Boot into Safe mode and try from there.

Please be aware that it is VERY BAD PRACTICE to use the built-in
Administrator account on a day-to-day basis and as your only account on the
computer. If the account gets corrupted, as it may well do, then your ONLY
way into the machine is by doing a repair install of XP. set up a User
account and give that Admin rights for daily use, leaving the built-in
Administrator account for emergency access only.

This is a Windows Server 2003 and i use a special account with admin rights
and not the
built-in Administrator. But i have the problem, i cant reboot the Server.
The Server must running
all the time. My Question is if i have another possibility to delete this
file without reboot

I fixed it by turning off everything that could possibly have one of
those files open,
in my case turning off Google Desktop fixed it. (right click on
sys-tray icon, then click Exit in the context menu)

Other possible apps that could have it open:
- virus scanner (or basically any scanner)
- windows indexing service (which I turn completely off to increase
system speed)
- explorer windows
- any app that you have with that file open, it could have locked the
file

Hope that helps

cheers,
Chris
