cannot delete file: Cannot read from source file or disk

When i try to delete a specific folder (its called Buena
Vista) in my start menu i get the following message

cannot delete file: Cannot read from source file or disk

hope somebody can help me

Hi!

It seems to me that you have already tried to uninstall
the application; but it was not successful.
You reinstall the program then uninstall it.
Hope it helps.
