Cannot Delete File. Cannot read fro the source file or Disk

I have three folders on my HD that I cannot delete. This
is what I have tried with no success. Doing this in the
safe mode. Run chkdsk. rename folder. It will not let me
delete the folder. Who has a way that works in deleting
folders.
