Cannot delete email from my outbox

Hi. I have read lots of the answers but some are far too complicated for
someone like me to attempt to do and others just don't work. I have one email
stuck in my outbox. I can receive emails but cannot send any. Can someone
please come up with a very simple and easy solution that even I can attempt
to do!!

is a very simple and easy solution providing the user
isn't too proud to read simple and easy instructions.

note. very occasionally the site is temporarily unavailable
but then wait a short while and retry.

Thank you sooooo much. That was very easy to do - even someone like me manged
it without too much confusion!! My outbox is now empty and I can send and
receive emails again. Thank you thank you.

I'm not sure.

I believe your not being able to use the link is a temporary blip
but meanwhile, if you email me directly I send the utility to you
as an attachment.

Since you can't email in the usual fashion set up for yourself
a gmail account and use it to contact me.
