Cannot Delete A File

I have a file with a name so long on it I cannot delete it from my computer.
I've tried the windows interface and command line. How can I force it to
delete? I can't even read the damn thing it's so long.
 
Can you move or rename? If you can move, can you move it
into a new subdirectory you create just to delete
everything in that subdirectory.

I've had a similar thing happen and that trick worked for
me.

Try a google search for this program "delinvfile". Works great for me.
