Cannot cut and paste trademark (TM) symbol into Access text or memo field

For some reason, I cannot cut and paste the trademark (TM)
symbol into an Access text or memo field. It is possible
to cut and paste the arrow symbols and the copyright (C)
symbol, but the TM will not work. Does anyone have a fix
for this? It is important that the proper shipping name
of a particular product displays properly in the database,
including the trademark symbol, so I am hoping that it is
possible.

What font do you have set for the control? I tested with Arial and Tahoma
and Times New Roman. Entering Alt-0153 gave me
T

Some fonts may not display the symbol correctly.
