Cannot Customize Outlook Today

Hi - suddenly I cannot use the "customize" feature in
Outlook Today (Outlook 2000). Does anybody have a clue
as to what is wrong?

for Outlook 2002, because I'm having the same problem.

Search M$ft's KB for the phrase "Customize Outlook Today". Or this
newsgroup. The answer has been posted an incredible amount of
times....
