Cannot copy

I cannot copy and paste anything to my clipboard, which is completely empty.
I'm trying to copy something from Word to Excel and I have not been able to.
Please help, thanx.

There have been a number of issues similar to yours over the past year. In every
case, the problem has come from third-party software that's interfering with the
Office Clipboard.

If you boot Windows in Safe Mode do you still see the problem?
