cannot connect

Everytime I try to connect to a different computer, I get this message:
"\\<computer name> is not accessible. YOu might not have permission to use
this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out
if you have access permissions. The network path was not found."

This could be any of several possible causes. One of the most common would be a
misconfigured or overlooked personal firewall, or other security component.
There are several other possibilities too, and any might be the cause of your
problem. Read this article with an open mind.

You could look at "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all", from the problem
computer, and from 2 computers with no problem, so we can diagnose the problem.
