Our network consosts of a Proliant server running Windown Server 2003.
Each of our 30 workstations are running Windowx XL exept one new PV, which
is running Vista Home Premium.
When I try to connect, it tells me "the operating service oin the connecting
PC is newer than the OS of the server. Please see your network
administrator"
I am the network administrator and I have no clue how to fix this.
Any ideas?

First, Vista Home Premium can't join a domain if that's what you're
trying to do. In order to use domain resources, you can create the user
account/password on the server. Home Premium can't cache passwords (just
like XP Home can't), so credentials will need to be entered each time
the workstation connects.

Second, I believe there are patches that need to be installed on the
server to enable it to work with Vista workstations. Go to Windows
Update for your server and see what you need.

If none of that works (or is what you're looking for), try posting in
one of the server newsgroups:

You may need to install this update on the server.
