Cannot connect from Remote Desktop (over internet)

Cannot connect from Remote Desktop (over internet) after Defender
Upgrade/Update from Beta. Had working setup from XPSP2 machine to XPSP2
machine over internet using Windows Defender Beta. Suddenly unable to
establish connection after upgrade to the official release. Has anyone
encountered this problem? Any known issues/fixes/suggestions?
