Cannot change Time Zone

I am the only User/Administrator of my computer.
I cannot change the Time Zone.
In the Adjust Date/Time, I am given no Time Zone options except
my current one.
It is the same if I try to access via the Control Panel/Date & Time.
Please I need step-by-step instructions.

Mine on XP Home, when double clicking on time in lower rt task bar, has a
"Time Zone" tab, and after clicking on the tab, above the "World Map" is a
dropdown. Yours doesn't have this feature?

Hello Willie,
Thank you for your response.
Clicking on the tab above the "World Map" should have given me a choice in the dropdown, I know, but this is precisely where I have the problem.
When I click on the tab above the "World Map", the dropdown gives me
NO choice but only the same (just this one only) current Time-Zone I am using.
Have you any idea what I should try next?

Darn it, I somehow knew my "Simple" idea was too good to be true. I have
never seen this, so I am sorry I can't help...BUT, I will be watching for
anyone else who can hopefully help you solve this, and give me the knowledge
I lack on this issue...Good Luck.

OK Sally try this:

Start, Control Panel

Now if you are in Category View then: Date, time, Language and Regional Options

If you are in Classic View: Regional & Language Options

To get all these options you must be logged in as Administrator or User with
similar rights.

Hope this gives you a start.
