Cannot change password.

I currently have a Windows 2000 domain with AD enabled
and I am enforcing group policies. My domain has 9
servers and 15 workstations. My servers are currently
running 2000 Server / Advanced Server and my workstations
are running 2000 Professional and XP Professional. The
problem I am having is my XP users are unable to change
their password when it is time for them to do so based on
the group policy. The 2000 Pro users have no problems
changing theirs. Does anyone have an idea of what is
causing this?
