Cannot change Monitor Color/size settings?

Good Day,

I am trying to change my color and monitor viewing size settings, but the
color only shows 16 colors and 800x600 monitor size. I have downloaded the
SP4 but still can't change it.

Any suggestions?

I went to the control panel, system, hardware and clicked on the
reinstall/update driver, it tells me it cannot find any updated driver? Any
suggestions?

You need to download it from the manufacturers web site first.

How do I know what model? manufacturer?

Its a dell computer, would I just go to their site?

Yes, you will need to plug in the serial number to get the right one.
Also if you get sidetracked you could call the support number they provide.
