Somehow in the properties of the internet explorer my home page is listed as "file:///c:/searchpage.html?" and despite tring to use the default (about blank) or type a new one in, it always opens at this search page. Even once open if i type a new URL in the address bar at the top, it will not open that page, and remains on the search page indicating "done" at the bottom
Anyone got any ideas? Replies to my e-mail address would be very much appreciated. Thanks
Kevin

Hi

Try the following programs to see if your system has any spyware on it:

Ad-Aware - www.lavasoftusa.com
Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/
CWShredder - http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html
