Cannot browes Domain shares from one computer

Good day all,
I have one computer in the office giving me some problems.
This Computer is part of a domain, can ping all other stations by IP and name.
Can surf the internet and sharepoint sites, can also connect to Exchange
server.
Other computers see this PC from the Network Places and can access it.
However this computer cannot see anything in the Domain. I click on My
Network Places --> entire network (it is empty) If I try t access a computer
\\computername to \\IPaddress i get the error network path was not found.
I changed the network card, removed the computer from domain and reconnected
it, scanned for viruses and spy ware, checked that the computer browser
service is working, but nothing worked.

this is a Windows XP SP2, latest upgrade, connected to domain. integrated
NIC, HP D7600.

Any input will be appreciated.

Thank you

Look at NetBT use, personal firewalls, and name resolution on all computers, and
make all consistent.

If necessary, look at logs from "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all", "net
config server", and "net config workstation", from the problem computer, and
from 2 others, and diagnose the problem. Read this article, and linked
articles, and follow instructions precisely (download browstat!):
