cannot add printer

I having problem adding printers on a print server while
log on as myself. Add Printer Icon will not execute under
my login and yet when I logged on as another user I have
no problem. I refered to article: q271248 but still no
success...

Any advice?

You need to make sure that you have the right to add the

printer. It soundds to me that the other user has the
correct priveleges.
