Cannot Add other person's mailbox

When trying to add my colleagues mailbox to my own, outlook displays the
message "Unable to expand the folder". We are both using Outlook 2003 and are
part of a LAN which has Exchange 2000. We are both delegates with "Editor"
permissons for everything and can also see each others Inbox by using "File -
Open - Other user's folder"

I have tried our permissons on the server and are both identical and also an
office detect and repair but still no joy!

Please Help.

Make sure you also have Folder Visible permissions on the root of his/her
mailbox. Otherwise you cannot add it to your list. Also see;
