Cannot access shared Vista printer from XP.

I can't seem to (consistently) access a shared printer on a Vista machine
from and XP machine. I've tried all sorts of things and can't get it to work.
The XP machine gives a "computer is not accesible. you might not have
permission..." error.

No firewalls or anti virus software are running
Proper drivers are installed
Password protect sharing is off
file and printer sharing is on
public folders is on
Network is set to private
netbios over tcp/ip is on on both computers
restrictanonymoussam is set to 0, seemed to work the first time but not later
workgroup is the same

Help!

You may try to install the printer locally and re-map it. This link may help,
