Cannot access my account

Had to re-install Windows XP, now I cannot access my old
account at all, though it is still there... How can I fix
this???

You could take ownership of the folders and files that currently belong to
the "old" owner. You won't be able to log on to the account but you would
be able to move files over to the new account.
