I am having a problem with Windows XP. I upgraded from
98 and my network does not work. When I first ran the
wizard i got an error that I did not have permission to
use this resource. There were no icons in network
connections showing. I uninstalled Norton Internet
Security...still no luck. I uninstalled and reinstalled
the cards and ran the wizard again. Still nothing...then
magically the icons for both computers showed up on one
computer. I still wasn't able to access the other
computer. Then I went back in and changed sharing on all
the folders and subfolders. I was able to access and
copy from one computer, but I still get the same error
message when I try to access the other computer. Talk
about frustrating...anyone have any suggestions?
