cannon i455

purchased cannon i455 nov.2004, worked perfectly on old
comp. with windows 98, have tried to install on new
windows xp home edition , wont accept. went to comet help
desk and informed need to download a driver update and
advised to go to www.downloads .com, havew done this but
can't find anything for cannon i455.
am complete novice at this so any help please in very ,
very plain language.
