how do you find a download that was cancelled on your computer? i cant go
back to the website and the support team is down for the holidays. i
downloaded a program then had to cancel it and now the link they gave me has
expired to download it again. any suggestions?

If you actually clicked the cancel button when downloading from the
internet, Windows will delete the fragment of the file that has been copied
to the hard drive prior to the cancellation. Since the fragment of a
program would do you no good it is deleted. With the rest of your
statement, it looks like you will have to wait for their support to open.

If the installation of the program was cancelled, the install file should be
located where you ran it from the first time (of course if it was an install
directly from a web site without downloading the install file to the hard
drive first you may be out of luck until support is available.)

If you mean something else by "cancelled" you need to be more specific.

Have you searched for the file name from Start | Search? If the download
was cancelled while it was still downloading, then it won't exist on your
drive. It was already deleted.
