How do I cancel the email function in Word and not have it close the document that I was going to email
I am using the email function from the tool bar in Word that is part of Office 2000 or 2003
Thanks

highmtn, the email button on the toolbar is a toggle (in 2003, at least). To
cancel the email function, just click the email button again.

Or you can do it from the menu File > send to > mail recipient. Click again
to toggle the mail toolbar off.
