Can you type a macro in Powerpoint and have a one touch macro?

I am trying to put H2O in a macro that can be used by typing something like
ctrl-h. Can this be done?
 
Put it in the Auto Correct options as replacement text as an example when
every time you type zz it would automatically change to read H2O
