Shift+Tab will move backward in tables and protected forms, and it will
promote outline levels if you have the appropriate option enabled, but it
doesn't work like "margin release" on a typewriter (or, I think, in
WordPerfect). Word allows tab stop settings to the right of the right margin
but not to the left of the left margin except in a paragraph with a negative
left indent (and this would still accommodate only a forward tab).
