Can you specify which options are on the right click menu?

I would like to give the user minimum options on the menu that opens when you
right click on a form in form view. All I would like to show is copy and
paste.

You can create your own custom right-click menu and specify its name in
the form's Shortcut Menu Bar property, or name it in the Startup
properties as the global shortcut menubar. I've never actually done
this, so I won't try to advise you, but see the help topics under "Menu
Bars, Toolbars, and Shortcut Menus" and "Customizing Command Bars".
