Can you send a blind read receipt with an email. I want to know if my emails
are opened but I don’t want the recipient to know I know they've read me
emails.

No. In any case, recipients can turn read-receipts off completely...

of course not
you know, even on regular return receipts, the recipient chooses whether
they are sent or not

You are not allowed to be rude regarding read receipt REQUESTS. Asking
for a read receipt request simply puts a header in your e-mail. The
recipient's e-mail client decides what action to perform when it sees
that header based on how the recipient configured their e-mail client.
Could be they automatically send an acknowledgement, they get prompted
(whereupon they can say Yes or No), or they can completely block and
also ignore any such requests.

So you want to control someone else's applications on their computer.
Are you going to leave your doors unlocked so we can raid your fridge
whenever we want?

If you want confirmation from someone that they got your e-mail, just
ASK THEM! Spammer, hackers, malcontents, and other undesirables try to
do what you want to do.
