Can you save a form or report that you have created as a template

If I create a form or report, can I save it as a template to use later to
create a new form/report?
 
You can always use one form to create another form. However, you must change
the record source to point to the new forms data. The template form can
reside within your current database or you can create another database for
just template forms and then import them as you need them. I would only
store unbound information in the form, such as Titles, Logos, Common
Footers, Common Headers etc.
