Can you save 1 sheet from a large file into another file?

I received a large file with several different sheets. Is there a way to
save the one sheet to another file without having to save it and remove all
of the extra sheets?

Restore the window so you can see the gray area behind the workbook
and [Ctrl]+drag the tab for the sheet you want into the gray area:
Excel will make a new workbook with that one sheet and you can save it
under whatever name you choose. Be careful that you hold down the
Control key while you drag or it will MOVE the sheet instead of
copying it.

Yes. Edit | Move or Copy Sheet. Check "make a copy" and select "new
workbook". Then save the new workbook.
