Can you "resend" in any mail program?

Is there any windows mail program where I can resend something that is in
the sent folder?
I am talking about send the same email to the same person. Since I have many
like that, I would
rather not use the forward command, simply because I would have to end up
typing in the
recipients name in all over again in every email. Any help, truly
appreciated.

Sure. Outlook is one. In fact, I think any mail program should be able to
do it.

Open the message in the Sent Items folder and click Actions>Resend this
Message.
