Can you recover a distribution list deleted from a Pab?

MS Outlook 2002 Exchange Server
User deleted a distribution list that was created preXP. It was an item in
her Personal Address Book, not Contacts.
Can it be recovered?
Don't see it in Deleted Items or Recover Deleted Items.

Unless the user has a backup of that file, that DL is history.
