Can you masquerade as a 'Domain User' with 'Domin Admin' password?

Hi

Just wondering if there is a setting in Windows Server that allows me to
masquerade as a user by logging in with the users login name but the domain
administrators password.

Have found this to be VERY useful in the past on UNIX systems, it'd be great
if I can do this in Windows as well.

Cheers

The closest is to use RUNAS to run programs under a different users
credentials.
