I bought winxp pro in the few weeks ago and i instralled.

but 3 days ago my computer harddisk had broken down so i
changed a new harddisk when i instralled winxp and
activited again I got a message what told me that your
produce key has been used....

so I just activitied it by phone.

but I want to know how can i activitied my xp pro from
internet as a new customer ...

please help me .

You should be able to do so without issue. What took place before, while it
does happen is not common. You should be able to activate the next time it
is necessary without having to make a call assuming you haven't reached the
threshold of hardware changes that might require an explanation. Usually,
only changing the hard drive doesn't require a call but would require
reactivation.
