Can you have 2 different VOIP's ?

I currently have a VOIP ( Vonage ). Would like to add another VOIP (
Broadvoice ) for working purposes with a different phone number (also have a
wireless router). Can this be done and how?

How does this relate to Windows XP?

I currently have windows xp pro and so many other users on this site have
given me great information regarding other subjects. Thanks for the help.
