Can you create task workflow in outlook? linked tasks and assign

Can you create a workflow of tasks in outlook assigned to different people
and submit? so you can track at each stage the completion of each task and
report on it

I can see that you can do 1 task at a time but I can not find how to link
them only in project

Any suggestions
