Can you copy a custom toolbar

I created a custom toolbar for one Access application and now I'd like to use
the same one in another Access application. Is it possible to copy it from
one to the other? If so, how?

just go file->get external data...import.....

browse to the mdb file with the menu bars and select it....

now, if you click on the "options" button, you will see a check box to
import menu and tool bars.....
