I used to use Access extensively, but it's been about 7-8 years. I am trying
to compare notes on a record from one week's data extract to the next. I had
to use memo fields, since the max of the field is 500 characters. In
Access 2003, I don't seem to be able to compare Memo fields in a Query. I
get a usless SQL error. Does Access not allow this? I have tried both "<>"
and "Not Like" opperands.
The field name has a ":" embeded within it, so I thought that might be the
problem as well.
