Can you "block sender" and delete an e-mail in one step?

Is it possible to have Outlook automatically delete an e-mail when you
click the "block sender" button? I'm tired of having to block them in my
junk folder and the delete them... it seems like it should be one inclusive
step.

Anyone else agree?

It's not possible. Moreover, if you're trying to cut down on the spam you
receive, the Block Sender option is a fairly ineffective way to do that,
since spammers constantly change the sender value.
