can you alphatize the labels in word If I just type address in. can word
alphatize the address list

If you want addresses to be able to be sorted and edited more than once...
the best way is to probably type the addresses in a data source file... (or
excel) and then merge into a label main document when you require the labels
to be printed. Viv
