Can you add default choices for Voting buttons?

I'd like to add another set of choices for the Voting button options that appear in the Message Options dialog box, so that I don't have to type in the same choices each time I create a new message. Does anyone know if this is possible?

No, you can't change the default choices. What you can do is create a new
messge with the choices you want, then save it as an .oft template file or
publish it as an Outlook form.

Thank you! Can you tell me how to create and use an .oft file? I'm not familiar with this feature and cannot locate it in Help.

Turn off WordMail in Tools | Options | Mail Format. Create a message. Choose
File | Save as and select .oft as the file format.
