You can view them with WinRAR, and do other things to them with MagicISO.
There are also a number of freebie programs that allow you to access, edit,
create, etc. Check here:
Tom, as I already said, I am utilizing ISO files. I need to have them
indexed, not opened.
Since I have a library of ISO's, I need to be able to utilize some
kind of indexing system that will allow me to search the contents of
ALL my ISOs WITHOUT the need of opening each one of them to find what

Good luck with that. I don't know of anything that would index all the files
in all the ISO's without opening/viewing them. It may be possible to mount
the folders the ISO's are in and sort/index the ISO contents that way using
one of the more advanced programs. I don't know- I don't work with them that
much.
