No. Launch a separate instance of VSN2003 is all we can do and they do not
interoperate. I've also determined only one instance of the debugger will
run on a machine. I have no idea if Microsoft will improve the quality in
the next release. We assume they will but have been let down in the past. In
any event, it seems even if one set of issues are resolved a whole bunch of
new ones will continue to make our lives miserable.
