yeah, why do you worry about this ?
VS2003 run on .Net framework 1.1
VS2005 run on .Net framework 2.0
they are seperate...

I have VS2003 Enterprise
and
VS2005 Pro

There are no issues. However, sometimes if the .sln file is for VS2003, it
will try to be "converted".
I just cancel this, and open up VS2003, and open the solution from there.

Its not supposed to do this, it just happens once in a while.

Hi,
I have VS 6, VS2003, VS2005, eMbedded VB, and eMBedded C++ on my
laptop. All seem to work fine. I did try to unistall the eMBedded
versions since I do not use them after getting VS 2005 and I got some
type of shared dll warning, so it scared me off.
